This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) constitutes an official offer of the Seller to conclude a distance sales contract in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
By placing an order on the website https://shemax.ua/, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of SHEMAX products to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement governs distance sales via the Website.
3. ORDER PROCEDURE
Orders are placed through the Website by completing the relevant form.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated in EUR (€).
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed via:
Stripe
PayPal
The Seller does not store payment card details.
Additional bank charges may apply.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price of an already confirmed and paid order remains unchanged.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is available in Ukraine and the European Union.
Shipments may be dispatched from warehouses in France or Poland.
International shipping starts from €17 depending on destination and carrier.
Customs duties, taxes and other mandatory charges in the destination country are borne by the Buyer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU B2C CUSTOMERS)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods without providing any reason.
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Opened filters and hygiene products are non-returnable.
7. LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations in case of force majeure circumstances.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of their country of residence.
