Our company has supported Uzhhorod National University. We donated a modern fiber optic welding station for teaching students at the Faculty of Physics.

When the company's co-owners are several steps ahead, it's about the scientific and technological future. After all, supporting science and education today is not just a corporate initiative, it is an investment in the future of innovative production and the industry as a whole.

We purchased and donated a modern fiber optic welding station to the physics department of Uzhhorod National University — equipment used in high-precision technologies.  

Serhiy Shelest, co-owner of the company: "We donated not just equipment,  but the key to future manufacturing breakthroughs. If we want the country to develop, we need to start with education and science. That is why we chose this path. In particular, students who see how theory works in practice, especially in modern equipment, will have the knowledge and skills that will form the basis of a competitive profession and salary in the future."

Partnership with UzhNU 

This initiative is an investment in our future high-quality personnel, which we already lack today. 

Students who are sitting at their desks today will soon start working with precision technologies and in a few years will be able to become engineers, developers, and technologists in manufacturing, particularly in Ukrainian companies.

The company already plans to take students on internships and traineeships, provide financial support for the most successful projects, and continue the scholarship initiative. 

Tetyana Shelest, co-owner of the company and ambassador of Zakarpattia: “We want these students to have the opportunity to learn on cutting-edge equipment so that they can join our team. Who knows, maybe in a few years, a specialist will emerge from this audience who will create the next breakthrough in our production.”

The transfer of equipment marked the start of a long-term initiative to support education in the region. The company's co-owners are ready to give young people not just tools, but opportunities. Because when science, business, and education go hand in hand, everyone wins. Such cooperation is an example of how innovation begins not in lecture halls, but with determination and partnership.
