Product return

On the basis of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and Clause 1.10 "Rules for the sale of goods to order and outside retail or office premises"

For all questions related to returns, as well as the quality of the product, you must contact the customer service department from Monday to Friday c 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Terms of delivery:

  • The delivery time of your parcel is from 1 to 3 working days.

  • The order is transferred to the carrier company the next day after registration. The carrier will inform you about the exact terms and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.

  • The operating schedule of the carrier can be found on the company's official website or you can track your order using a special service

The order is stored at the delivery point of the carrier:

  • 4 working days, then sent back ("New mail")

  • 5 working days, starting from the 6th day, the customer is charged for each day of storage (Ukrposhta)

  • 5 working days, then sent back (Meest)

  • When receiving the order, it is necessary to present the identity card specified in the transport declaration


International delivery:

Pay attention:

  • When receiving the order, carefully inspect the goods and make sure there are no defects. Check the completeness of the package and make sure that the operating instructions and sales receipt are available

  • In the event that you notice damage to the parcel or the lack of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up an appropriate act with the representative of the carrier company

  • Since the goods undergo a three-level check for proper condition and completeness before shipment, we reserve the right to refuse to consider complaints about damage, shortages, etc.
