SHEMAX Summit - 2024

We summarized the results of 2024 and built an ambitious plan for 2025. We worked hard: working on mistakes and achievements, brainstorming, generating ideas, analytics. Three days of synergy. The team is strong, each professional in his or her field, and the leaders unite us in a single pursuit of the goal, motivate us to develop and move us to new levels. 

We have formed a clear strategy for the company after the rebranding, defined areas of responsibility and tasks for everyone. Although not everything has been covered during this time, the most important things have been done. The marketing is already planned and ready for finalization. The next step is to launch and implement the plans.

2024 was not an easy year, and important lessons became a new experience. However, it is through difficulties that we grow.   In 2025, it will not be easier, as we have ambitious plans: new production facilities, job creation, brand scaling, and support for the Ukrainian economy.
