5 years of the SHEMAX company
Our 5th anniversary of SHEMAX took place on 01.05. On this day, we celebrated the opening of a new factory built during the war.
On May 1, 2018, production started. In a few months in Ukraine, I went to all the big stores. Worked only with 100% prepayment.
At the beginning of 2019, we decided to enter the European market.
Many decisions were made that year. Having clearly defined the path, they knew that SHEMAX is a brand, a place of strength and motivation. All old models, which were developed by themselves, were withdrawn from production and went into the exclusive, premium segment. We developed a new model range, received three patents and started a new way of export
By the end of 2019, all documents for export were made. They conducted the first study of manicure dust in the world on the basis of the national university in Dnipro and proved how harmful the work of a manicurist without a SHEMAX hood is.
At the beginning of 2020, the global pandemic, they again made a decision, which some people do not understand to this day, to withdraw from all wholesale stores in Ukraine and focus only on exports and their own distribution network.
At the end of 2020, despite the Covid epidemic, we are participating in 5 exhibitions in Europe.
At the beginning of 2021, we are moving to larger premises. 2021 was a year of stable growth for our company. New team, new equipment, office. The search for land for the construction of a plant in Dnipro has begun. And they were already ready to conclude an agreement, but I abruptly stopped the negotiations and for good reason.
Beginning of 2022, war, Russia attacked Ukraine. Deal on hold, lives lost, plans disrupted, fear, chaos and uncertainty, tears. Already in a month we make another important decision for us, no matter what, we continue to live. We move to Transcarpathia, buy 3 hectares of land in the field and start building a factory. The SHEMAX factory was built against all odds in just 3.5 months! All building materials were purchased in cities where rockets were constantly falling, factories were built on generators, since there was no light. We got used to a different speed of life, it was very difficult for us mentally! But! We built a factory and continue to build now!
In mid-2022, we are opening two more companies, one of which is in Europe. We get the SHEMAX trademark in Europe and enter the American market.
By the end of 2022, we will completely move from Dnipro to Uzhhorod and transport our production. On December 30, 2022, the first shipment to Poland from the new SHEMAX plant
At the beginning of 2023, we will finish painting, install furniture, plant trees, adjust processes, and recruit a new team. It is very difficult for us in the new environment, we feel and understand that there is a different reality here. Despite everything, we continue to live, ennoble, design new models, purchase new equipment.
In 5 years, we achieved high results, super growth, the pandemic did not frighten, the war did not stop. As long as we live, we will do our work flawlessly!
