Nail dust is harmful to health

More than 4 grams is a full two tablespoons! That's the average amount of dust in a day in a nail salon! On the table, clothes, hair, skin, and in the air - that is, in our body! And this is about the health of nail technicians and visitors!
A modern woman cannot be imagined without a manicure! Once a month - an appointment with a nail technician is 100%. But have salon clients ever thought about the price of well-groomed nails? And it's not about the cost of the procedure...
And it seems that everyone knows that it is harmful to health, but to what extent - hardly! It turns out that this factor was not studied until 2021. And here it is worth noting that the world's first official study of dust after a manicure was conducted by SHEMAX.
Scientists from the O. Honchar Dnipro National University were involved. The experiment was conducted in an ordinary office, with standard conditions. Dust samples were taken from 8 clients - the average amount per working day of a nail technician who worked without using a hood. Imagine, during this time, 4.17 g of dust remained on the table alone! And the dust particles remain in the air for a long time.
Scientists in a study (see here: https://shemax.ua/research_shemax) have proven the danger of nail dust not only for the health of the nail technician, but also for visitors - nail dust and chemicals in its composition provoke diseases. And then we ask ourselves - where does it come from? We are talking about allergic bronchitis, asthma, obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. And that's not all! Eye diseases are possible - the most common is conjunctivitis, dermatitis on the skin, up to eczema, fungal diseases of the nails are not excluded.
How does it work? When you breathe in the air, manicure dust enters the lungs, particles linger in the upper respiratory tract, irritate them, and cause inflammation. But! The most harmful are sharp microparticles (less than 5 microns) that enter the lungs and contribute to pneumoconiosis. And there are more than 60% of them!
So, dangerous toxic components of nail dust "poison" the body.
What to do?
Manicurists should use special tabletop or built-in hoods!!! Not Chinese ones, but high-quality SHEMAX ones that absorb more than 90% of dust. By the way, a Ukrainian manufacturer!
And also change disposable masks after each client and ventilate the room often! And beauties should not go to a salon where the workplace is not equipped!
No one will take care of health better than ourselves!
With SHEMAX it's easy!
