Participation in the "BE BEAUTY TOP 100"

The SHEMAX family business is the focus of the forum for beauty masters and beauty salon owners. This is the largest event of the beauty industry in 2023 in Ukraine. As part of the event, meetings with the best representatives of the industry were held in each region to summarize the results of the year and share their success stories. 

Three speakers, three dozen partners, and more than two hundred participants gathered in Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia. Among the speakers was Tetiana Shelest, co-owner and chief motivator of the company, who presented the personal brand and family values of SHEMAX. It is about respect, honesty, responsibility, hard work, and mutual courtesy. She also revealed the secrets of successfully combining a happy family with an effective business, and shared her insights and tricks that will be useful for beginners. 

Tetyana Shelest emphasized the importance of developing the personalities of a married couple, not only in entrepreneurship, but also in the ability to set boundaries and priorities, and to negotiate. She also spoke about the importance of choice, about raising children by example, about family traditions and mandatory time for two.
