2023: a year of challenges, development and change

The second year of war in Ukraine - work is getting harder! Despite the situation, SHEMAX is developing!

Moving the business from Dnipro to the safest region of the country - Transcarpathia, building a 3.5-hectare plant on the outskirts of Uzhhorod in 4 months, launching production according to European standards - yes, it was difficult! However, nothing is impossible if the team is ready for challenges! That's why we succeeded! The successful experience of SHEMAX relocation is used as an example by other companies.

But the most difficult thing was to launch business processes. Despite the difficulties, we did it! 

Sometimes we didn't know what to grab hold of, where to start - there were so many tasks at once. We set priorities, organized the responsibilities of each employee, and time management and effective management of business processes helped. 

New people in the team - we had to teach them from scratch, adaptation, a different mentality, rules. 

Damaged machines during transportation, lost goods, a lot of raw materials stuck in ports because of the war, changes in customs rules not in favor of exporters... This is additional stress and uncertainty. But it all happened!

Thanks to a strong team, we overcame everything, survived, grew!

We increased sales in almost 40 countries and entered new markets. Since November, we have resumed deliveries to Ukraine! Thus, high-quality equipment is now available to Ukrainian nail technicians.

We have built an office. The second workshop is almost ready, we have purchased new equipment We have purchased another 7-hectare plot and started construction of a new plant to develop another area. 

Thanks to growth and regular orders, SHEMAX is working for Ukraine's victory over the aggressor: 

- transferred UAH 1 million to the army, 

- purchased 2 pickup trucks and sent them to the front, 

- purchased turnstiles, thermal underwear, and winter tires for cars. 

Our goals for 2024 are ambitious: we are about to launch a new product and have a lot of interesting things in store.
