It turned out that the success of entrepreneurial couples is based on following simple rules that will be useful to all business partners. Among them, we quote: "Spend time together outside of work. Always grow in parallel. Trust, even if you disagree." This is how you can develop and maintain warm relationships together.
Like, for example, the story of the Shelest family, which was the basis of an article by Forbes.
A full-scale invasion of Ukraine. After overcoming the shock, SHEMAX co-founder Tetiana Shelest went to visit her daughter in Dublin. However, it didn't get any easier, and within two weeks she was depressed. She said: "My husband and I were separated, and we stopped acting and planning. After returning to Ukraine, it took one breakfast together with my husband and my partner Serhii Shelest to decide to buy a plot of land in Uzhhorod and start building a new workshop there." And they succeeded! The business has been relocated, the company is increasing production and expanding its markets.
Tetiana Shelest summarizes: "Our business is only holding up because we are together!"
