All our clients in Europe receive full technical support directly from the company — with no intermediaries.
1. Warranty period
1 year official manufacturer’s warranty.
After the warranty period — paid service in our European service center at standard rates.
2. Official European Service Center
SHEMAX has its own service center in Europe, providing:
fast repairs;
original spare parts;
full technical support from the manufacturer;
24/7 consultations.

3. For warranty service, you need:
the product’s serial number;
proof of purchase;
full device set.
4. Conditions for free warranty repair
The warranty is valid if:
the equipment is used according to the manual;
there is no mechanical damage;
there were no unauthorized interventions or repair attempts.
5. Cases not covered by the warranty
Warranty service is not provided if:
there are signs of disassembly or repair by third parties;
liquids, dust, or foreign objects have entered the device;
damage occurred due to improper transportation by external services;
the device was damaged by natural events or unstable power supply.
6. Shipping
Shipping to the service center is paid by the customer.
After repair — return shipping is covered by SHEMAX.
