SHEMAX is a direct manufacturer. Payments on the SHEMAX website are processed through a secure payment system in full compliance with international security standards.

After successful payment, an invoice is generated automatically and sent to your email address.
Shipping
All products are in stock at our European warehouse, fully customs cleared and accompanied by all required documentation. We ship worldwide.

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Dispatch: the next business day after order confirmation and payment

Tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you after dispatch for online tracking

Delivery method: courier delivery to the specified address or to a pickup point (depending on the country)
Important Information
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package and ensure that:
- the packaging shows no external damag
- the product is complete
- the instruction manual and documents are included
If the packaging is damaged or any items are missing, you have the right to refuse the delivery and file a report/claim together with the courier service representative.
Please note: before shipment, every SHEMAX product undergoes multi-level quality and completeness control. Therefore, claims regarding damage or missing items are considered only if they are documented at the time of delivery.
Returns
Product returns are processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
