BIOSTOP L pouches are designed for beauty professionals who pay special attention to hygiene, proper instrument processing, and client safety. The practical 100 × 200 mm size is suitable for most manicure and pedicure instruments, including scissors, nippers, pushers, tweezers, and other metal tools.

Each pouch features a Class 4 sterilization indicator. Before sterilization, the indicator is bright red; after completing the required sterilization cycle, it changes to brown. This allows the technician to visually confirm that the pouch has gone through the sterilization process.

Sterilization Parameters

Dry heat / hot air sterilization:
180°C for 60 minutes.

Up to 5 pouches can be placed in one BIOSTOP PRO sterilization cycle, which means one pack of 100 pouches is enough for up to 20 full sterilization cycles when using 5 pouches per cycle.

Important Information for Nail Technicians

Before placing instruments into the pouch, they should complete all required preliminary cleaning and disinfection stages according to your professional protocol.

Do not overfill the pouch. Instruments should fit comfortably inside, while the sealing area should remain clean and close securely.

Always check the integrity of the pouch and the quality of the seal before use. A damaged or opened pouch cannot ensure that the instruments remain protected after sterilization.

After the sterilization cycle, instruments can be stored inside the sealed pouch until they are needed. This helps minimize unnecessary contact with the surrounding environment before use.
