All orders are placed through the official website of our factory shemax.ua and are shipped from our European warehouse.

Order Processing

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday – Friday.

Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. In such cases, our manager will notify you accordingly.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the destination country, the following delivery options are available:

  • Courier delivery to your address;
  • Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker.

The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

European Union Countries
1–3 business days.

Other Countries
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping service.

SHEMAX Delivery

Shipping Cost

Shipping within the countries of the European Union costs 17 €.

For all other countries, the shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the carrier's rates.

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your parcel. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, we recommend checking:

  • the integrity of the packaging;
  • the external condition of the product;
  • the completeness of the order;
  • the presence of the instruction manual and accompanying documents.
