Bank Card Payment

Payments are made online via the Stripe payment system.

Supported payment methods:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay.

After clicking the "Pay" button, your bank may require additional payment verification. In this case, the system may automatically redirect you to your bank's mobile application or to a secure bank authorization page.

After successfully confirming the payment, please return to the SHEMAX website and wait until your order has been completed.

If the Payment Was Not Completed

In some cases, the payment may not be completed due to:

  • an unstable internet connection;
  • insufficient funds in your account;
  • restrictions imposed by your bank;
  • closing the payment page before the process is finished.

If the payment was not completed, your order will remain saved in our system.

An email containing a secure payment link will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You do not need to place a new order or add the products to your cart again. Simply open the email and follow the payment link to complete your purchase.

If you have not received the email, we recommend checking your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.

Availability of this service depends on your country and the terms of the financial institution.

  • SHEMAX does not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments.
  • Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
