1. Warranty Period

1-year official manufacturer’s warranty.

After the warranty period expires, paid service and maintenance are available through our European service center at standard rates.

2. Official European Service Center

SHEMAX operates its own service center in Europe, providing:

  • fast repairs;
  • original spare parts and components;
  • full technical support directly from the manufacturer;
  • 24/7 consultations and assistance.

3. Requirements for Warranty Service
  • product serial number;
  • proof of purchase;
  • complete product package and accessories.
4. Conditions for Free Warranty Repair

The warranty applies when:

  • the equipment is used according to the user manual;
  • there is no mechanical damage;
  • no unauthorized modifications or repair attempts have been made.
5. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

Warranty service is not provided if:

  • there are signs of disassembly or repair by unauthorized persons;
  • liquids, dust, or foreign objects have entered the device;
  • damage occurred due to improper transportation by third-party delivery services;
  • the equipment was damaged by natural disasters or unstable power supply.
6. Shipping

Shipping the product to the service center is the responsibility of the customer.

After the repair is completed, the return shipping cost is covered by SHEMAX.

7. Product Exchange and Return

You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed under consumer protection legislation.

To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure that:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of use such as scratches, chips, scuffs, or software modifications;
  • the product is complete and the original packaging remains intact;
  • all labels, tags, and factory markings are preserved.

You have the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for an equivalent product if it does not meet your expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for any other reason preventing its intended use.

An exchange of a product of proper quality will be carried out provided that it has not been used and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the purchase receipt issued at the time of sale have been preserved.
