1. Warranty period

1 year official manufacturer’s warranty.

After the warranty period — paid service in our European service center at standard rates.

2. Official European Service Center

SHEMAX has its own service center in Europe, providing:

  • fast repairs;
  • original spare parts;
  • full technical support from the manufacturer;
  • 24/7 consultations.

3. For warranty service, you need:
  • the product’s serial number;
  • proof of purchase;
  • full device set.
4. Conditions for free warranty repair

The warranty is valid if:

  • the equipment is used according to the manual;
  • there is no mechanical damage;
  • there were no unauthorized interventions or repair attempts.
5. Cases not covered by the warranty

Warranty service is not provided if:

  • there are signs of disassembly or repair by third parties;
  • liquids, dust, or foreign objects have entered the device;
  • damage occurred due to improper transportation by external services;
  • the device was damaged by natural events or unstable power supply.
6. Shipping

Shipping to the service center is paid by the customer.

After repair — return shipping is covered by SHEMAX.
